Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your installation of and access to dEz PDF Reader Editor Viewer, including its free features, advertisements, optional one-time purchases and automatically renewing subscriptions.
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
1. Developer and service
dEz PDF Reader Editor Viewer is developed and published by D Corps Mobile. The app is a general-purpose document productivity tool for supported Android devices.
The app is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google, Adobe, Microsoft, any government authority, any certification authority or any electronic-signature provider.
2. Limited license
Subject to these Terms, D Corps Mobile grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the app on supported Android devices for lawful personal or business document tasks.
The app is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights in the app, source code, design, trademarks, content or underlying technology are transferred to you.
3. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you use the app on behalf of a business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for protecting your device, Google Play account, payment credentials, local files and any accounts through which the app is obtained or used.
Purchases made through an account or device accessible to another person may be treated as authorized unless applicable law or Google Play rules provide otherwise.
4. Permitted use
You may use the app only with documents, images and other files that you own or are legally authorized to access, modify, scan, convert, sign, store, export, print or share.
You are solely responsible for:
- the files and content you select or create;
- having all required permissions and legal rights;
- the accuracy and suitability of document outputs;
- keeping secure backups of original and exported files;
- reviewing documents before relying on or sharing them;
- compliance with applicable laws, contracts and policies; and
- the recipients and destinations to which files are shared.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use the app to:
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, contractual or other legal rights;
- access, alter, sign, distribute or represent documents without authorization;
- create, distribute or conceal malware, harmful code, fraudulent content or unlawful material;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent authority, identity or approval;
- misrepresent a visual signature as a certified, qualified or identity-verified electronic signature;
- bypass usage limits, advertising, payment controls, security systems or technical restrictions;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, resell or unlawfully copy the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- interfere with Google Play, advertising, billing, consent or other third-party services; or
- use the app in any manner that could cause harm, fraud, unlawful access or legal liability.
6. Document processing and output accuracy
Document processing results depend on factors outside D Corps Mobile's control, including document structure, fonts, encryption, embedded files, image quality, OCR accuracy, page complexity, available memory, storage space, Android version and device performance.
Conversion, compression, scanning, OCR, annotation, editing, signing and Office-format export may change formatting, page positioning, fonts, images, tables, metadata, file size or visual appearance.
Corrupt, encrypted, password-protected, malformed, unsupported, excessively large, misleading or unsafe files may be rejected, partially processed or produce incomplete results.
You must independently review every important output before relying on, printing, publishing, submitting or sharing it. D Corps Mobile does not verify the factual, legal, technical or commercial accuracy of your documents.
7. File storage, loss and backups
Files may be stored locally on your device, in temporary application storage or in a destination selected by you. Android, your device, another application, a storage provider or the operating system may delete, move, rename, restrict or make files unavailable.
You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of original documents and completed outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D Corps Mobile is not responsible for lost, overwritten, corrupted, inaccessible, incorrectly saved or accidentally shared documents.
8. Visual signatures
The signature feature places a visual image, drawing or mark on a document. It does not:
- verify the identity or authority of the signer;
- issue or validate a digital certificate;
- create a qualified electronic signature;
- provide biometric verification;
- guarantee authenticity or non-repudiation; or
- guarantee legal validity or enforceability.
Whether a signature is legally sufficient depends on the document, parties, transaction, jurisdiction and applicable law. Obtain independent legal advice before using a signature for important legal, financial, governmental, employment or commercial purposes.
9. Free version, advertising and usage limits
Basic PDF reading may remain available without a paid subscription. The free version may contain:
- banner, native, rewarded or interstitial advertisements;
- usage limits for selected tools;
- limits based on files, pages, operations or time periods;
- application branding or a small watermark on certain newly created outputs; and
- promotions for paid products or subscriptions.
The availability, placement, frequency and format of advertisements may change. Advertisement delivery may depend on consent, region, network availability, third-party inventory and your device.
D Corps Mobile does not control and does not endorse the products, services, claims, websites or content advertised by third parties. Any interaction with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
10. One-time Google Play purchases
The app may offer optional one-time Google Play products, which may include:
- removing advertisements;
- removing application branding from eligible future outputs; or
- unlocking Lifetime Pro features.
A one-time purchase applies only to the benefits described on the purchase screen at the time of purchase. Removing advertisements does not necessarily remove branding unless the product description expressly states that it does.
A Lifetime Pro purchase means access for the supported commercial lifetime of the app and the purchasing Google Play account. It does not guarantee that the app, every feature, every third-party service or every Android version will remain available indefinitely.
11. Pro subscriptions
The app may offer dEz PDF Pro as an automatically renewing Google Play subscription with weekly, monthly and annual billing options.
An active Pro subscription may provide benefits including:
- removal of advertisements;
- removal of eligible free-version branding;
- access to advanced PDF tools;
- higher or removed daily usage limits;
- advanced OCR, conversion or batch-processing access; and
- other Pro benefits described on the purchase screen.
The exact price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal date and applicable benefits are shown by Google Play before purchase. The Google Play purchase screen controls if it differs from a price or description shown elsewhere.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period unless canceled before the next renewal. Your Google Play account will be charged at the beginning of each billing period according to the terms displayed at purchase.
Weekly subscriptions renew weekly, monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually unless canceled.
A subscription is optional. You may continue using available free features without subscribing, subject to advertisements, branding and applicable usage limits.
12. Subscription cancellation and management
You may manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through the subscription-management option provided in the app or through your Google Play account:
Manage subscriptions on Google Play
Uninstalling or deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel it through Google Play.
Unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally end access immediately. Pro access generally continues until the end of the billing period already paid for.
D Corps Mobile cannot guarantee the availability of pause, resubscribe, grace-period, account-hold or alternative billing options. These features may depend on Google Play, your region, payment status and the selected plan.
13. Failed payments, expiration and loss of access
If a payment is declined, reversed, refunded, canceled, placed on hold or otherwise not successfully completed, Google Play may suspend, limit or terminate the related entitlement.
When a subscription expires or entitlement can no longer be verified, Pro benefits may be disabled and the app may return to the free experience.
Documents previously exported to your selected storage location remain your responsibility. The app does not guarantee continued access to unfinished projects, temporary files or paid features after entitlement ends.
14. Purchase restoration
Eligible purchases may be restored when the app is installed from Google Play and the same Google account used for the original purchase is active.
Restoration may fail or be delayed because of network availability, account mismatch, Google Play status, payment disputes, refunds, subscription expiration, regional limitations or third-party service interruptions.
Proof of purchase, such as a Google Play order number, may be required when requesting purchase support.
15. Prices, taxes and price changes
Prices are displayed and processed by Google Play and may vary by country, currency, tax, exchange rate, account, promotion or regional pricing rules.
D Corps Mobile may change the price of products or subscriptions for future purchases or renewals. Google Play will provide any notice or consent process required for subscription price changes.
A price change does not create a right to a refund except where required by Google Play rules or applicable law.
16. Refunds
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies, the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period. A canceled subscription will normally remain active until the end of the paid period unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.
Refunds are not guaranteed merely because:
- you did not use the app or subscription;
- you forgot to cancel before renewal;
- you uninstalled the app;
- your device was lost, damaged or replaced;
- a particular document did not produce the expected output;
- you purchased through the wrong Google account; or
- you misunderstood a clearly displayed product or billing term.
This section does not restrict any refund, withdrawal or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Third-party services
The app may depend on or interact with Android, Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, Google consent services, Google Play Billing, ML Kit, printing services, sharing targets, storage providers and other third-party components.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies and technical requirements. D Corps Mobile does not control and is not responsible for:
- third-party outages, errors or policy changes;
- advertisement availability or content;
- Google Play billing, account or payment decisions;
- external applications used to open or share files;
- device-manufacturer modifications;
- network, cloud-storage or printer availability; or
- third-party collection, handling or security of information.
18. Updates, changes and discontinuation
D Corps Mobile may update, modify, suspend, restrict, replace or discontinue any feature, supported format, usage limit, interface, advertisement placement, product or technical requirement.
Updates may be required for security, Google Play compliance, Android compatibility, billing, advertising, legal requirements or continued operation.
No guarantee is made that any particular feature, integration, format, device, operating-system version or third-party service will remain supported permanently.
19. No professional advice
The app is a document productivity tool. It does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, governmental, compliance, identity-verification, cybersecurity or other professional advice.
You must obtain qualified professional advice before relying on a document or signature for an important decision, filing, deadline, transaction, legal obligation or regulatory requirement.
20. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app and all related features, outputs, subscriptions, advertisements and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
D Corps Mobile expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all express, implied and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, title, non-infringement, compatibility, security and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
D Corps Mobile does not warrant that:
- the app will meet your particular requirements;
- every file, format or device will be supported;
- outputs will be complete, accurate or legally valid;
- the app will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free;
- defects or compatibility issues will always be corrected;
- temporary files or locally stored data will never be lost; or
- third-party services will remain available.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D Corps Mobile, its owner, developers, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss or damage.
This exclusion includes, without limitation:
- loss, corruption, alteration or disclosure of documents;
- loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts or opportunities;
- missed deadlines, filings, submissions or transactions;
- loss of reputation, goodwill or anticipated savings;
- device, storage, printer, account or software damage;
- unauthorized access to or use of your files or device;
- errors in OCR, conversion, signatures or document formatting;
- third-party advertisements, products, links or services;
- Google Play billing, refunds, suspensions or account actions;
- network, service, device or operating-system failures;
- use of the app for unlawful or unauthorized purposes; or
- failure to maintain adequate backups.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D Corps Mobile's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the app, these Terms, a purchase or a subscription shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to D Corps Mobile through Google Play during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you used only the free version and made no payment during that period, D Corps Mobile shall have no monetary liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These exclusions and limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if D Corps Mobile was advised that damage was possible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your country.
22. User responsibility for claims
You are responsible for claims, disputes, losses and costs arising from your documents, your lack of authority, your unlawful use of the app, your sharing of files, your visual signatures or your violation of another person's rights.
This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not remove any non-waivable consumer right.
23. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time. Removing the app does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
D Corps Mobile may suspend or terminate access to paid or free features where reasonably necessary because of:
- a material violation of these Terms;
- fraud, abuse or unauthorized access;
- payment reversal, refund or entitlement expiration;
- security, legal or regulatory requirements;
- Google Play or third-party service requirements; or
- discontinuation of the app or relevant service.
Sections concerning ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, user responsibility and dispute principles survive termination where legally applicable.
24. Changes to these Terms
D Corps Mobile may update these Terms to reflect app changes, new products, subscriptions, legal requirements, security improvements or third-party policies.
The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, website or Google Play listing where appropriate.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not accept an update, stop using the app and cancel any active subscription before its next renewal.
25. Governing principles
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdictional right that applies in your country of residence and cannot legally be waived.
26. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
27. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the terms displayed on the applicable Google Play purchase screen, constitute the agreement governing your use of the app.
Google Play's terms and policies separately govern transactions processed by Google Play.
