Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of dEz PDF Reader Editor Viewer. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. License

D Corps Mobile grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on supported Android devices for lawful document tasks.

2. Permitted use

You may use the app only with files you own or are authorized to process. You are responsible for the content, legality, accuracy, storage and sharing of your documents.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use the app to violate intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, contractual obligations or applicable law; distribute malware; bypass security controls; interfere with app services; or misrepresent a visual signature as a certified or qualified electronic signature.

4. Document processing

PDF conversion and editing results depend on document structure, fonts, encryption, image formats and device resources. Corrupt, unsupported, protected, excessively large or unsafe files may be rejected. Always review important outputs and retain backups of original documents.

5. Visual signatures

The signature feature places a visual mark on a document. It does not issue a digital certificate, verify identity or provide a qualified electronic signature. Whether a signature is legally sufficient depends on the document, parties and applicable law.

6. Free use, ads and upgrades

Basic PDF reading remains available without a paid subscription. The free experience may include advertisements, branding on some newly created outputs and usage limits for selected tools. Optional Google Play products may remove ads, remove branding from future new outputs or unlock Lifetime Pro features.

7. Purchases and refunds

Prices are supplied by Google Play. Purchases are processed through your Google Play account and are governed by Google Play terms, billing rules and refund procedures. Do not make a purchase if the displayed product, price or account is not correct.

8. Third-party services

The app depends on Android and Google services for features such as advertising, consent, billing, OCR components, sharing and printing. Availability can change because of device compatibility, region, network, third-party policy or service status.

9. Updates

Features, limits, supported formats and these Terms may change through app updates. Some updates may be required for security, compatibility or policy compliance.

10. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is a productivity tool, not legal, financial, tax, medical or professional advice. No guarantee is made that every PDF format or device configuration will work without error.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, D Corps Mobile is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, missed deadlines or damage caused by improper use, unsupported files, third-party services or failure to keep backups. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. The license may end if you materially violate these Terms. Local exported documents remain your responsibility.

13. Governing principles

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
