Data Deletion Instructions

dEz PDF Reader Editor Viewer does not create an app account or maintain an application-owned cloud document database. Most deletion actions are therefore completed directly on your Android device.

Delete local app data

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Open Apps and select dEz PDF Reader Editor Viewer.
  3. Open Storage & cache.
  4. Select Clear storage or Clear data and confirm.

This removes app preferences, local folders, cached files, locally stored signatures, drafts and local usage information. Menu names can vary by Android manufacturer.

Delete the application

Uninstalling the app removes its private application storage. Files you exported to Downloads, Documents or another selected folder are not automatically deleted and must be removed separately with a file manager.

Delete exported documents

  1. Open your device's Files app or file manager.
  2. Go to the folder where you saved the exported PDF.
  3. Select the document and choose Delete.
  4. Empty the file manager's trash if it uses one.

Support correspondence deletion

To request deletion of information you sent by email, write to durcorps@gmail.com with the subject dEz Data Deletion Request. Use the same email address used for the original support message. Do not attach confidential documents to the request.

Google data

Advertising consent, ad activity and Google Play purchase records are handled by Google services under Google's policies. D Corps Mobile cannot delete records controlled exclusively by Google. Use your Google account privacy and purchase-management tools for those records.

No account deletion required

The app has no sign-up or login system, so there is no separate dEz account to close. Clearing local storage, deleting exports and requesting deletion of support correspondence covers data controlled directly by the app developer.
